Tern Consultancy collects your details as you register and complete the enquiry form. If you subsequently join our team of mystery shoppers, we will hold your personal information to enable us to offer you appropriate work. As an approved Tern Consultancy mystery shopper, we may need to share your address with other Tern Consultancy mystery shoppers to enable us to execute our work effectively. In joining as a mystery shopper, you are agreeing to this practice.

How we use your information

We will use your contact details to communicate with you, to offer you work and to generally execute our business. We may contact you by post, email, telephone or fax for these purposes.

It is your responsibility to keep your information up to date. You can do this by updating your account once enroled as a mystery shopper.

Disclosures of your information

We may need to share your personal information with our clients to execute our work effectively but we will not share your personal details with any other company purely for marketing purposes.

Your personal details may inevitably become known to our clients as you conduct work as a mystery shopper. In particular, images and sound recording of yourself will become known to our clients (and other agents and representatives of Tern Consultancy) if you conduct video mystery shopping visits.
