Working from home via a broadband internet connection, your role will be to review the work submitted by other mystery shoppers and check it for content and quality. You will need to be highly skilled in terms of your understanding and use of the English language and be able quickly spot anomalies between what the shopper has written and how they have scored the report.

This task can be undertaken irrespective of location. This is a highly responsible role held with high regard within our organisation. Before being considered for this opportunity, you would first need to prove that you were an exemplary report writer yourself and possessed a thorough understanding of the mystery shopping process.
