Video mystery shopper

Video Mystery Shopping places even more responsibility on the shopper to deliver a consistently high standard of work. Each visit is secretly recorded using specialist equipment supplied by Tern. The shopper will be expected to travel further than a standard mystery shopper and take on a higher workload.

Remuneration reflects the greater demands of this position. There is minimal paperwork to complete when undertaking a video visit but expectations are very high in terms of the shoppers ability to follow the brief and consistently supply a high standard of work within strict deadlines.
